If you have had a heart attack, heart surgery or treatment for heart disease (medicine, angioplasty or stent), then you may benefit from cardiac rehabilitation.
As you exercise, you will be monitored for signs or symptoms of progress or continued heart problems.
We offer two levels of cardiac rehab and a wellness program
- Level 1 Cardiac Rehab – exercise therapy provided on an outpatient basis. You are monitored and supervised by an exercise specialist and a nurse. Our therapists provide education on continuing recovery, activity and diet. Therapy typically occurs three times per week for 4-12 weeks.
- Level 2 Cardiac Rehab – continuation of exercise therapy for outpatients with at least two coronary risk factors (e.g., obesity, history, age or high blood pressure.) You are not monitored electronically during exercises.
- Wellness Program- Continuation of exercise. You are not monitored during these sessions. It is on a self-paid basis done through the business office.

PULMONARY REHAB
Our Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program is a program of exercise, education, and support to help you learn to breathe—and function—at the highest level possible.
You will exercise as they monitor your heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen level. Don’t worry if you can’t walk very far! Our Respiratory Therapists are experts at working with people with severe shortness of breath, and they will make sure you’re safe.
Supplemental Oxygen can and is used as needed.
You can continue with a Wellness Program once discharged from services. This is unmonitored and self-paid through the business office.
