Alternative Program

The Alternatives Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) focuses on helping mid to late life adults who may find it difficult to face the changes and challenges that come with growing older, and that can sometimes be confusing and overwhelming.

The goal of the program is to help people recognize the problems keeping them from having a healthy and positive life as we age, that prevent living a satisfying life. The program is devoted to providing opportunities to address emotional and mental health issues by finding healthy solutions to cope with these problems.
