Insurance
- The hospital prefers that you bring your insurance identification cards to the hospital with
you. Our insurance department will file your claim for you.
- All workman’s compensation claims must be pre-certified prior to the service being
performed. Please notify the admission office as soon as possible if you are having
procedures performed under this form of insurance to eliminate unnecessary waiting time.
- If you have Medicaid Insurance, please bring your Medicaid Insurance card with you.
